What you'll do

• Assist residents with home living, including cooking, cleaning, personal development, medications, and recreation
• monitor and document medication regimens and report health issues to a supervisor
• maintain positive communication with residents and families
• assist with monetary purchases and exchanges
• support residents in using community resources and developing natural supports
• provide training and guidance toward individual goals
• provide personal care or oversight as needed.

Why this role
