The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is an onsite role based in Delray Beach, FL. The pay is $50.00–$70.00 per hour. This role supports the clinical team at Mindful Sprouts. This role exists to deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with exceptionalities. The BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments, designing behavior support plans, training caregivers, and supervising behavioral technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery and client success.
