What you'll do

• Place and follow up on parts and repair orders
• prepare repair quotes and communicate with customers
• coordinate approved third-party vendors and vendor quality reviews
• monitor overdue orders and repair-cycle milestones
• source and track parts and rotable equipment
• update Quantum Control records
• prepare reports and maintain files
• assist with inventory tracking and parts retrieval
• and respond to customer questions.
