What you'll do

• Support the Lead Teacher in planning and leading age-appropriate activities
• engage toddlers in play, exploration, and social-emotional learning
• assist with diapering, feeding, and nap routines
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
• observe and report developmental milestones and behavioral concerns
• communicate positively with parents and guardians at drop-off and pick-up
• follow Virginia licensing requirements and center policies.
