What you'll do

• Perform computed tomography examinations for inpatients, outpatients, and emergency patients
• verify patient identity and requisitions
• position patients and select protocols and technical factors
• prepare and administer contrast media and monitor for adverse reactions
• apply ALARA and radiation safety practices
• transfer images to PACS, maintain records, and perform routine equipment quality checks.
