Commercial Litigation Associate

What you'll do

• Lead depositions, hearings, mediations, and smaller arbitrations and trials
• serve as second chair or co-lead in larger matters
• manage complex commercial litigation
• conduct legal research
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
• advise corporate clients on litigation strategy, risk, and compliance
• negotiate settlements
• coordinate with clients, attorneys, staff, and experts
• oversee discovery, witness preparation, trial, and post-trial work
• track billable hours and maintain client records.
