Job overview
The Restoration Technician is an onsite role based in Raleigh, NC, with a pay rate of $16.00–$22.00 per hour. This position supports the SERVPRO of Southwest Raleigh/Holly Springs franchise in its mission to provide fire and water damage restoration services. This role exists to assist in the remediation of properties affected by fire or water damage. The technician is responsible for executing production processes, maintaining equipment, and ensuring that job sites are returned to a clean and orderly state while providing excellent customer service.

- Respond to service calls, inventory and load work vehicles, prepare job sites, perform production processes per guidelines, and maintain equipment and vehicles.
