What you'll do

• Advise guests about resort activities, services, products, prices, hours, availability, discounts, and promotions
• assist with selections and purchases
• sell tickets, passes, lockers, rentals, lessons, and gift cards
• check in guests and verify waivers
• apply wristbands
• handle complaints professionally
• direct visitors to appropriate locations or staff
• assist with events and promotions
• process cash, credit, and gift card transactions
• manage the till and prepare nightly deposit bags.
