What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel
• follow security procedures and site policies
• respond calmly to incidents and access concerns
• conduct regular and random patrols of loading, parking, exterior, and perimeter areas
• monitor access points and authorized movement
• document observations and incidents and communicate relevant information to company leadership and client representatives.
