What you'll do

• Develop strategies to increase referrals, admissions, and facility census
• build relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, assisted living communities, and healthcare providers
• represent the facility at community events and professional meetings
• develop social, digital, print, and outreach campaigns
• collaborate with facility leadership on admissions
• monitor referral trends and marketing performance.
