What you'll do

• Oversee maintenance programs for building systems
• develop preventive maintenance and inspection procedures
• inspect properties for equipment condition, safety, and compliance
• provide technical troubleshooting guidance
• support vendor proposals, service contracts, repairs, and capital projects
• coach and train engineering staff
• oversee designated service teams
• support property transitions and emergency response procedures.
