The Lead Dynamics 365 Developer role is hybrid in Richmond, VA. Compensation is $70–$76 per hour. The developer supports VDOT’s Business Enablement Services program and its Microsoft Power Platform solutions. The role designs, configures, develops, implements, tests, and supports Dynamics 365 and related Power Platform solutions. It connects business units and IT, helps translate requirements into effective technical solutions, and contributes to platform governance and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Work with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Customer Service
• customize, configure, develop, deploy, and support Dynamics 365. Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, design and test Power Platform solutions, and develop web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, Power Platform, and C#. Troubleshoot and document technical issues, support governance and licensing practices, prepare documentation and prototypes, liaise between IT and business units, and contribute to process and policy improvements. Participate in on-call duties as necessary and provide after-hours support as needed.
