What you'll do

• Check thermostat settings and air-handler operation
• inspect for water accumulation and condensation issues
• evaluate system performance and exposed ductwork
• test and calibrate thermostats
• replace air-handler and mini-split filters
• inspect coils, refrigerant sight glasses, condenser fans, electrical panels, and safety switches
• record performance metrics
• inspect zone controls, dampers, rooftop and inline filters, condensate systems, blower assemblies, and motors
• document maintenance and flag corrective actions.
