What you'll do

• Provide consultative customer service and sales by phone
• assist with flooring selection, customization, and project inquiries
• generate Service Agreement sales and follow up on sit-no-sale opportunities
• process sales orders and set appointments
• verify product and appointment accuracy
• communicate installation expectations
• follow up with vendors and stores
• make outbound calls and obtain payment
• qualify customers and transfer leads to a Virtual Design Specialist when appropriate.
