The Senior BIM Coordinator — Mechanical and Plumbing role is onsite in Wendell, NC. Compensation is not specified. The coordinator leads project coordination, develops and checks models and documentation, resolves clashes, and supports constructability and project planning. The role works with project managers, drafters, coordinators, other trades, and field and fabrication teams to ensure models and deliverables meet project and company standards.

What you'll do

• Oversee BIM coordination for assigned projects
• model mechanical and plumbing systems using Revit and Navis
• review model quality and accuracy
• perform quantity extraction and clash detection and resolution
• translate 2D drawings into 3D models
• prepare shop and assembly drawings and prefabrication documentation
• coordinate with project teams and other trades
• guide drafters and coordinators
• maintain drawings, libraries, and project documentation.
