What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and support production team members
• monitor productivity and provide process sheets, pick lists, and supplies
• assist with setup and line changeovers
• promote safe work and PPE compliance
• train employees on procedures, equipment, quality, and safety
• make minor equipment adjustments
• and escalate maintenance, quality, staffing, or material concerns. Voluntary overtime and shifts may be covered, with weekly and weekend overtime as scheduled.
