What you'll do

• Greet and assist prospective and current residents in person, by phone, and by email
• conduct apartment tours and lease apartments to qualified applicants
• process applications and prepare lease agreements and move-in packages
• support resident retention and renewals
• manage follow-ups, call queues, and lead tracking
• enter leasing activity into the property management system
• submit and track service requests
• maintain model units and community presentation
• review renters insurance compliance
• assist with resident communications and notices
• resolve resident concerns
• follow Fair Housing laws and company policies
• maintain key control and property security.
