Executive Sous Chef

What you'll do

• Complete assigned opening and closing duties
• create kitchen prep lists and support food preparation for current and upcoming service
• maintain station cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
• report food deficiencies, maintenance needs, and safety hazards
• develop kitchen crew through cross-training and promotion
• lead or participate in menu, seasonal-item, and recipe rollouts
• support kitchen corrective action plans
• participate in hiring, crew meetings, and guest interactions.
