What you'll do

• Cover South Florida offices as needed from the Hallandale Beach base
• greet patients, check them in and out, and direct them to departments or waiting areas
• handle inbound and outbound calls
• maintain office and waiting-area organization
• replenish supplies and forms
• coordinate equipment maintenance
• assist with appointment reminders and patient communications
• follow clinic policies and HIPAA requirements.
