What you'll do

• Participate in interviewing and hiring
• train, mentor, and develop sales consultants
• set and review sales goals and metrics
• manage daily store operations, staffing, cash, compliance, and opening and closing activities
• lead customer interactions, assist with transactions, and resolve escalations
• monitor inventory and device security
• implement merchandising changes and maintain brand standards.
