QA/QC Manager, ASME Welding

The QA/QC Manager, ASME Welding role is onsite in El Dorado, AR, supporting shop and field operations based in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Pay is $30–$40 per hour. D7 Pneumatics LLC’s fabrication shop and field operations perform ASME and National Board Code work. The role implements and maintains the company’s Quality Control Program, helping ensure fabrication and field activities follow approved procedures, project specifications, and applicable codes. It coordinates inspections, testing, records, audits, and quality training to support compliant project delivery.

What you'll do

• Administer the Quality Control Manual and procedures
• oversee quality for shop fabrication and field installations
• review project documents and applicable codes
• coordinate inspectors and client representatives
• maintain welding qualifications, material traceability, inspection and turnover records
• coordinate inspections, nondestructive examination, and pressure testing
• manage nonconformances and corrective actions
• support audits and train shop and field personnel.
