Customer Care Agent – Call Center

What you'll do

• Provide customer support by phone and email for existing accounts
• explain bank products and services and refer sales opportunities to appropriate team members
• use online records to answer questions
• process authorized requests such as stop payments, check orders, password resets, and account linking or delinking
• coordinate with branches and departments
• maintain knowledge of bank products, policies, and regulations
• participate in training and team support activities.
