What you'll do

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry operations
• assign rooms and direct staff
• assist with employee training and ensure staff have needed tools and equipment
• inspect rooms and public areas
• oversee linen and supply inventory, ordering, delivery, and storage
• maintain lost-and-found security procedures
• respond to guest complaints and requests
• coordinate with other departments and management.
