What you'll do

• Coordinate design, planning, and execution of early-phase trials with the Clinical Director and study teams
• oversee trials and team performance
• manage project activities and resolve performance issues
• monitor ongoing trials for patient, design, data, or conduct issues
• assess safety and risk
• review and interpret trial data
• may conduct onsite monitoring and site training
• co-author clinical protocol and study documents
• develop operational documents
• may review budgets and vendor invoices
• comply with Parexel processes, ICH-GCP, and applicable requirements.
