The Operations Manager role is an onsite position in Franksville, WI. Compensation is $84,000–$85,000 per year. The manager oversees plant operations across manufacturing facilities, aligning production, staffing, materials, maintenance, quality, and safety with customer and financial commitments. The role drives continuous improvement, develops teams, supports facility expansions and acquisitions, and maintains compliance across the facilities.

What you'll do

• Oversee plant operations and annual revenue and expense budgets
• monitor backlogs and production schedules
• manage production and maintenance budgets and resources
• coordinate capacity, staffing, materials, procurement, and logistics
• oversee inventory, bills of materials, routings, and maintenance supplies
• lead continuous improvement using methods such as 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma
• develop employees through training, coaching, and performance management
• enforce quality-control standards
• support acquisitions and facility expansions
• ensure health, safety, environmental, and OSHA compliance
• maintain safety documentation, permits, incident investigations, and training.

Why this role
