What you'll do

• Lead global Customer Success strategy and operations.
• Set retention and growth playbooks, KPIs, and customer engagement frameworks.
• Develop scalable onboarding, training, support, and adoption programs.
• Define service levels and escalation paths, analyze support trends, and coordinate with Support, Engineering, Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
• Build customer advocacy programs and lead and enable the US and India team, including use of AI tools and methodologies.
