What you'll do

• Oversee assigned facilities and provide leadership in operations, finances, human resources, and client relationships
• directly supervise facility Food Service Directors
• support compliance with federal and state requirements
• maintain quality assurance processes and client partnerships
• plan unit budgets and review financial results
• support bids, account transitions, and contract discussions
• audit food production, sanitation, purchasing, inventory, safety, payroll, and records
• ensure HR and safety practices are followed
• and assess training needs and coach Food Service Directors and employees.
