The Licensed Mental Health Professional role is hybrid in Fairfield, OH, with compensation of $35–$44 per hour. A Better You Counseling provides mental health services to the community and supports a clinical team with office space, referrals, billing and administrative assistance, and supervision. The role also includes clinical documentation, caseload management, and collaboration with the Clinical Director and team.

What you'll do

• Assess mental health using patient information, interviews, observation, testing, and staff collaboration
• develop individualized treatment plans
• provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy as appropriate to qualifications
• maintain timely clinical documentation
• comply with HIPAA, Ohio licensing, ethical, and insurance requirements
• manage scheduling and caseload
• collaborate with the Clinical Director and team
• participate in meetings, training, and supervision.
