What you'll do

• Provide onsite technical support
• install and configure network hardware, access points, projectors, document cameras, and charging carts
• diagnose minor audiovisual issues
• handle help desk tickets and escalate issues as needed
• document client interactions and resolutions
• collaborate with other technicians on complex issues
• provide customer service.
