What you'll do

• Lead by example, support the General Manager, schedule and mentor employees, assist with hiring and interviews, handle customer service and cash, order supplies, perform line and cashier work, open and close the restaurant, maintain quality control, manage labor and food costs and waste, address maintenance requests, and support cleaning and compliance with HACCP and health department requirements.
