What you'll do

• Complete preventive maintenance and repairs
• respond to work orders in a timely manner
• prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins
• maintain building interiors, exteriors, and grounds
• install and troubleshoot appliances
• install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures
• perform basic HVAC maintenance
• participate in on-call and weekend rotation.
