The Therapeutic Recreation Aide role is onsite in Plainview, MN, with compensation of $19.09–$21.42 per hour. The position supports therapeutic recreation programming at Green Prairie Rehabilitation Center, part of Monarch Healthcare Management’s network of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. The aide helps deliver activities aligned with residents’ individualized plans of care, interests, abilities, and psychosocial needs. Through group and one-on-one programming, documentation, and support at events, the role contributes to residents’ engagement, relationships, and quality of life.

What you'll do

• Facilitate group and one-on-one activities
• maintain activity calendars and adjust schedules for census changes
• assist with resident transportation and in-facility and off-site events
• support volunteers
• document participation and progress
• contribute to care coordination
• follow HIPAA, infection control, safety, and QAPI requirements.
