Field Engineer

What you'll do

• Analyze computer hardware problems and replace parts when needed
• coordinate equipment repairs with manufacturers
• install software and demonstrate its use
• troubleshoot user issues and update system software
• set up and troubleshoot network systems, cabling, wireless networks, and email accounts
• install antivirus software and remove malware
• maintain backup files
• set up equipment for web conferences and events
• service computer-related equipment such as printers.
