What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants
• plan shift services with assigned staff
• prepare reports and provide unit or shift leadership
• complete records for admissions, transfers, and discharges
• receive and transcribe physician orders
• document care and resident responses
• administer medications as ordered
• perform professional nursing services, including catheterization, tube feedings, suction, dressing changes, and IV and IV-site care as needed
• maintain working relationships across departments
• follow safety and confidentiality requirements.
