What you'll do

• Manage accounts receivable activities
• contact customers about collections, follow-ups, account reconciliation, and disputed chargebacks
• research and resolve balance discrepancies and billing inquiries
• monitor and audit collection postings
• review third-party portals for overdue invoices and follow up
• coordinate with sales, customer service, collection agencies, and legal
• review purchase orders
• support mechanics lien requests and contractor license research
• recommend adjustments and escalate balances for write-off
• monitor department goals and KPIs and identify process improvements.
