The nurse plans and coordinates resident care, supervises clinical staff, and implements treatment and medication orders to support residents’ health and individualized care needs.

What you'll do

• Lead care-plan conferences
• assess and document resident conditions and needs
• implement physician orders
• assign and supervise nursing care
• administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments
• train personnel
• assist physicians with procedures
• maintain supplies and equipment
• coordinate care with other departments
• participate in staffing and hiring activities.
