Customer Service Representative, Excell Battery

What you'll do

• Support customers by phone, email, and chat
• resolve inquiries and complaints
• enter customer purchase orders into the ERP system
• coordinate and expedite orders with shipping, production, and freight forwarders
• invoice shipped orders
• follow up on unresolved issues
• collaborate with team members and outside sales representatives
• perform other administrative duties as required.
