What you'll do

• Assist with food functions as directed
• work with the dietitian or food services director as needed
• deliver food trays and prepare snacks
• serve meals using portion-control procedures
• set up trays, carts, and dining areas
• collect and distribute menus
• clean kitchen surfaces and equipment
• wash utensils and dishes
• remove garbage and keep work areas clean and hazard-free.
