What you'll do

• Drive business development and implement the business unit plan
• lead RFQ/RFP pursuits and negotiations
• serve as primary executive client contact
• recruit and mentor project teams
• oversee construction schedules, budgets, quality, costs, risk, and field execution
• identify opportunities for innovation and improved project delivery.
