MDS Healthcare Coordinator – CCSP

What you'll do

• Review admission and assessment documentation
• submit client assessment data and medical records through the GMCF portal
• track denials and appeals
• educate clinical staff on documentation standards
• coordinate timely signed Levels of Care
• support quality review and performance improvement
• maintain knowledge of GMCF, Medicare, and Medicaid requirements.
