What you'll do

• Coach and train residents
• provide verbal prompts and hands-on support as needed
• assist with self-help skills and personal hygiene
• prepare light meals from a designated meal plan
• follow behavioral support plans
• participate in planned outings, hobbies, and activities
• track objectives and complete progress reports using Therap
• drive Burton Center vehicles and operate wheelchair lifts after training.
