What you'll do

• Manage workers’ compensation claims and related processes
• use payroll or HRIS software for data collection and analysis
• support OSHA compliance and workplace safety
• assist with talent management and employee development training
• administer benefits and respond to employee inquiries
• administer FMLA, disability, and other leave programs
• participate in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• contribute to affirmative action planning and diversity initiatives
• organize employee recognition and appreciation events.
