What you'll do

• Manage administrative duties, scheduling, reviews, and team training
• support fulfillment, distribution, and storage targets
• develop operational strategy and metrics
• lead a multi-level team across four shift patterns
• oversee safety, quality, inventory receipt and storage, customer service, cost reduction, inventory accuracy, process improvement, shelf-life rotation, and environmental controls
• mentor and develop employees.
