What you'll do

• Prepare and position patients and equipment in a safe, competent manner.
• Obtain and document a complete patient history as it relates to the procedure ordered, and obtain informed consent in accordance with departmental policy and procedure.
• Maintain statistical results for quality improvement.
• Communicate effectively with patient providing explanation of procedures within scope of practice and with radiologists regarding any unusual clinical findings, history, test results, etc.
