Business Development Representative, Outside Sales

The Business Development Representative role is onsite in Osseo, MN, serving the greater Minneapolis–St. Paul area. Restoration Network helps property owners recover from water, fire, storm, mold, and other property damage. The representative builds referral relationships and develops a territory so property owners and referral partners know to contact the company when damage occurs. What you'll do

• Build relationships with property managers, plumbers, insurance agents, mechanical contractors, and other referral partners
• conduct field visits, presentations, networking, and follow-up
• maintain accurate CRM records
• follow the company’s sales process
• create qualified relationships and opportunities
• coordinate with operations to connect referral partners with company services.
