Legal Intake Specialist

The Legal Intake Specialist role is onsite, full-time, and based in Wilmington, North Carolina, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience. What you'll do

• Respond to calls, website inquiries, chats, and emails
• gather and record prospective-client information
• qualify inquiries by urgency, practice-area fit, and basic eligibility
• schedule consultations
• organize intake documents
• follow up with prospective clients
• and coordinate handoffs and updates with attorneys and team members.
