What you'll do

• Assist with planning and executing field work, including logistics plans, access plans, and initial schedules
• help coordinate and schedule manpower across jobs
• support field coordination and reporting
• visit sites to monitor progress, construction methods, and field conditions
• report findings and best practices
• assist with change management
• support compliance with safety policies and participate in weekly safety reviews.
