Assisted Living Resident Caregiver — Full-Time

Job overview

The Assisted Living Resident Caregiver role is onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, working full time from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. with every other weekend scheduled. Compensation is not specified. The caregiver joins Watercrest Senior Living’s Resident Care team. The role provides day-to-day assistance that supports residents’ personal care, independence, and well-being. The caregiver coordinates with community and dining programs, follows care protocols, and promptly communicates changes or emergencies to the appropriate team members.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
• perform assigned housekeeping and laundry
• help residents get to scheduled programs
• respond to emergency calls
• follow care and infection-control protocols
• report changes in condition, accidents, and incidents
• maintain confidentiality and residents’ rights
• and remain prepared for emergency situations.

Why this role

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide credentials, medication-assistance certification where applicable, and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred but not required.
