What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate nursing operations on the assigned unit
• lead and support LPNs, STNAs, and caregivers
• conduct resident assessments and oversee documentation and care plans
• collaborate with administration on regulatory and accreditation compliance
• maintain infection control, medication management, resident safety, and cleanliness
• communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• assist with admissions and discharges
• provide staff guidance, training, and feedback.
