What you'll do

• Lead worship weekly at Young Adults Sunday Night gatherings
• recruit and develop worship leaders, musicians, and vocalists
• direct service programming and set planning
• create Ableton resources
• manage Planning Center volunteer scheduling
• lead weekly rehearsals
• mentor emerging leaders
• partner with the Young Adults Pastor on worship gatherings.
